With specialized studies and certifications in operational excellence, project management, and data analysis, Chris seamlessly integrates his distinct methodology, aiding individuals in solving intricate problems. He aims to leave a lasting impression that teams can readily adopt and replicate.
During his tenure in the United States Air Force, Chris faced the formidable task of enhancing operations within some of the country's most established and time-honored processes. During this period, he honed his expertise in guiding teams to conceive fresh perspectives for solving problems that had existed longer than the lives of most team members.

His expertise eventually transitioned into the realm of innovation, where he guided leaders in navigating an ever-changing world while preserving the distinctiveness of their cultures. In his concluding role within the Department of the Air Force, Chris dedicated himself to mentoring the Air Force's future leaders, imparting decades of best practices through teaching and guidance.

His distinctive career trajectory positioned him as one of a rare cadre within the entire Department of Defense, capable of instructing at a strategic level and mentoring managers and leaders across all tiers.
Chris holds the highest certification in process improvement excellence from the International Lean Six Sigma Institute, where he was a featured speaker at their annual conference in Cambridge, England. Additionally, he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and earned a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
